In approximately 12,000 BCE, remnants from the last Master Cycle gathered the thousands that were to have a teaching role in this Master Cycle. Those thousands held Crystal Tablets that could be written on Spiritually. As the thousands stood in the Great Pyramid, a ceremony began that would transport them into a Light Dimension above that of ours.
This ceremony used the clanging of the Great Pyramid to create a higher dimension of Light. This ceremony connected to the Universal Records. From these records, the Thread of Life that each of the thousands would take through this Master Cycle was written on the crystal tablet they were each holding.
After the ceremony, all of these crystals were sealed within that vibrational dimension along with other artifacts. The ‘Seal’ on this library is nothing more than a vibrational dimension lock. The library can not be opened until the Earth Realm is in the same vibrational dimension that these tablets were written on.
Within our current Earth vibration, these records are only accessible Spiritually.
Along with this library, and it’s contents, there are other ancient crystals that form a network buried deep within the Earch.
As all of these items were created in an aspect of high Light vibration, when the Earth realm begins to move into darkness around 3000 CE, these crystalline structures will begin to glow, as they are now.
Because of this glow, and the darkness that will pervade the Earth realm starting in 3000 CE, the tablets will be found around 3843. Scientists will try to decipher them, but it will not be possible within the Earth vibration at that time.
That is until a scientist on the Titan base discovers that they can be read by the energies emitted by the metallic hydrogen on Titan.
